Guest Relations
Duties
The Guest Relations Team Member will perform all vital functions of the Guest Relations Department, including but not limited to: admissions, plaza greeter, membership sales, parking and attraction attendant. Team Members will provide guests with information in accordance with the Zoo's mission statement, brand and goals. We are looking for people who are capable of exceeding the expectations of the guests by providing friendly, enthusiastic and courteous services!
