Tickets

  • Pricing: $55 General Admission, $85 VIP reserved seating, $45 Zoo Member General Admission
  • Tickets are available at the Philadelphia Zoo website: www.phillyzoo.org or the Zoo’s main box office.
  • Tickets purchased online can be printed at home (recommended) or picked up at the Zoo’s main box office. We do not scan tickets from mobile devices.
  • All tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-replaceable.
  • This event is rain or shine.
  • Ticket price includes Zoo admission the day-of event. Please check in at the concert check-in table located at the Zoo’s main entrance at 34th & Girard upon arrival.
  • The event is all ages; all attendees require a ticket. Children must be supervised at all times.
  • All prices, dates and artists are subject to change.
*Proceeds from the XTU at the Zoo concert event will benefit the Zoo’s overall mission of inspiring action for animals and habitats around the world.

GA Seating

  • General Admission tickets are first-come-first-serve festival style seating at the Zoo’s Impala Lawn. The Impala Lawn is located inside the Zoo campus, across from the Small Mammal House. For this special event, the lawn will close at 4:00pm for event set-up and re-open at 6:00pm.
  • Guests are allowed to bring their own lawn / beach chairs. Blankets are not allowed.
  • Please do not leave your items unattended.
  • Please be respectful of your neighbors and do not take up more space than you need for your party. Space is limited for this special event and we want everybody to be able to find a seat.

VIP Seating

  • Limited amounts of reserved seating with tables are available with purchase of a VIP ticket. The VIP section is located at the Zoo’s Impala Plaza overlooking the performance stage.
  • Each seat is at a table of (4) and is at a close proximity to concessions and restrooms.
  • Tables cannot be “held” or moved; table choice is first come-first serve.
  • There is a limited amount of VIP tickets available; advance purchase is recommended.

Zoo Access

  • Concert ticket holders will have all-day access to the Philadelphia Zoo as well as extended hour access to many animal buildings from 5:00pm to 7:00pm.
  • No re-entry is allowed after 7:00pm.
  • Strollers, wheelchairs and a limited number of electronic scooters are available to rent at the Zoo’s main entrance. Please note that some of our buildings and exhibit areas are not stroller accessible.

Performance

  • Concert start time is approximately 7:15pm and will end at approximately at 9:30pm.

Getting to the Zoo / Parking

  • The Philadelphia Zoo encourages the use of public transportation and to drink responsibly. The Zoo is serviced by SEPTA via the Route #15 trolley and the nearby Route 38 bus.
  • Bike racks are accessible outside the Zoo’s main entrance.
  • For available parking locations, please check the Zoo’s parking page.
  • Parking is $15/car. Members park free.
  • Please pay for parking inside the Zoo prior to the performance starting.

Venue Policies

  • All areas of the Philadelphia Zoo are non-smoking. This includes lighted cigarettes, cigars, pipes, or other smoking materials as well as e-cigarettes.
  • Tailgating is not allowed at any of the Philadelphia Zoo parking lots or on Zoo property.
  • No glass containers, straws, balloons, noise makers, beach balls, weapons, laser pointers are allowed for the safety of our animals.
  • No large bags (backpacks or larger); purses are allowed.
  • No coolers are permitted during this special event.

Weather

  • XTU at the Zoo takes place at an outdoor venue. You should be prepared for inclement weather. Performance will take place rain or shine.
  • Umbrellas are only allowed during heavy rain. Ponchos are recommended.

Concert Camera Policy

  • No pro (removable lens) cameras, flash photography, video or recording is allowed during the concert performance.

Merchandise

  • Artist merchandise will be available for purchase at the Impala Plaza during the concert. 

Food and Beverage

  • No outside food and beverage is allowed during the event.
  • Locally-sourced food, snacks, soft drinks, beer, and wine will be available for purchase during the concert performance.
  • Food and beverage sales will start at 6:00pm and end at 9:00pm. A valid ID must be shown to purchase any alcohol at point of sale to show proof of legal drinking age.
  • Cash and credit cards are accepted. An ATM is located at the Zoo’s main entrance.
