Frequently Asked Questions

Where is Easter Bunny Brunch?
This event will be held in Peacock Pavilion, located in the Zoo, adjacent to The Solitude. This area is a private outdoor pavilion and guests should dress accordingly for the weather.

Can members bring guests to Easter Bunny Brunch?
Members can purchase Bunny Brunch tickets for guests at the membership price, as long as the guest’s admission is covered under the membership household’s guest privileges. The member must personally purchase all guest tickets and enter the Zoo with his or her guests. A valid membership card and photo I.D. is required at entry. Non-member tickets for guests not covered by membership are also available.

Why do I need to register a child under 2?
The Zoo will provide high chairs, and we are asking guests to park their stroller outside of the Pavilion to maximize space. By registering children under 2, you will help us ensure there are enough high chairs and space for everyone.

Will walk-ins be accepted?
Advance registration is required, and availability is limited. Register as early as possible to secure your spots!

What if I need to change dates or cancel?
Due to the limited seating arrangements and strong demand, dates for this event cannot be changed after purchase. Event tickets are non-refundable and must be used the day of event.

Is there reserved seating?
There is no reserved seating, however the food and beverage team will seat you at specific tables based on guest flow and table availability. Parties of eight or less will be sharing the table with guests from other reservations. Parties that want to sit together at the same table must make a single reservation. Maximum of 10 guests can be accommodated at a table. We will have enough seating for everyone. We encourage you to mingle and meet other guests.

Can I take my own pictures with the Easter Bunny?
Guests are encouraged to bring their own cameras/camera phones for the Bunny photo op. The Zoo will not have a professional photographer on site for this event.

How does the Easter egg hunt work?
Baskets will be provided to children participating in the egg hunt. The hunt will be divided into two zones: ages 3 and under & ages 4 and up. Once each child has collected 10 eggs he/she can turn them in for a prize. Please be respectful of other participants when hunting!

How will the food be served?
The food is buffet style. A menu will be posted on the Zoo’s website prior to Bunny Brunch. Food and beverage service ends one hour after event start time. Please arrive on time for your reservation.

I have dietary restrictions.
Please call 215-243-5375 with menu questions.

What is the dress code?
This is a casual event. We’re sure you’ll want to check out the Zoo after brunch, so be sure to wear comfortable shoes!

What happens if it rains?
Bunny Brunch is a rain or shine event and will still take place in the event of rain. For this reason, all tickets are non-refundable; guests should plan accordingly for inclement weather.
