Auto Mechanic II
Under the general guidance and supervision of the Director of Garden Operations, performs routine and corrective automotive work and other maintenance duties of a general nature as may be required or assigned.

Communications Coordinator
Reporting to the Zoo’s Director of Communications, the Communications Coordinator is responsible for carrying out a public relations plan that supports strategic marketing and promotional initiatives. 

Youth Programs Educator
Philadelphia Zoo is seeking a Youth Program Educator to coordinate the Zoo’s Conservation Education Department youth volunteer programs with a special emphasis on the teen volunteer program ZooCrew (Zoo Champions for Restoring Endangered Wildlife). 

Assistant Guest Relations Manager, Attractions
This leader will serve as a member of the Zoo’s Guest Relations team and will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of several attractions and the staff assigned to them.

Financial Analyst
Reporting to the Controller, the Financial Analyst is responsible for compiling the monthly financial package, coordinating external audit requirements, providing financial analytics, preparing the Form 990, various account analyses.

Payroll and Accounts Payable Coordinator
Reporting to the Director of Accounting, the Payment Supervisor is responsible for satisfying all Zoo compilation and submission of earnings information to the third party payroll company and processing payments to vendors for goods and services.

Facilities Engineering Superintendent
Under the general direction of the Director of Facilities, supervise the day-to-day operation of the Engineering Department to include work scheduling, supervision of trades mechanics, preventive maintenance programs and record keeping. Solicit and oversee contracted maintenance services.  Administer the department budget and assist in budget development.

Sustainability Manager
Under the direction of the VP for Conservation and Education, the Sustainability Program Manager develops and tracks Zoo-wide green policies in accordance with Zoo strategic initiatives and incorporating industry best practices; collaborates with other departments to plan for, identify and implement, and measure green practices for energy and greenhouse gas management, water conservation, waste reduction/diversion, equipment/supplies purchasing, food sourcing, stormwater management, and new facility construction; manages the engagement of staff, volunteers, outside vendors and concession partners in sustainable operations; and supports all conservation programs and activities.

Reporting to the Financial Analyst, the Auditor is responsible for performing audit procedures including the reviewing/documenting/testing internal controls and performing substantive testing, generating billing invoices, monitoring accounts receivable, ensuring collections on account, and various account analyses.
