Curator of Primates and Small Mammals
Reporting to the General Curator, the Curator of Primates and Small Mammals will supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the keeper staff; and develop and oversee implementation of protocols for animal care, keeper safety, and facility upkeep. 

Environmental Graphics & Exhibition Designer
Under the general direction of the Creative Director, the Environmental Graphics and Exhibit Designer provides design of environmental graphics, donor recognition, exhibit design and print communication.

Director of Sponsorship
The Director of Corporate Sponsorship will oversee the Zoo’s corporate sponsorship strategy including serving as the lead salesperson and as the coordinator of all aspects of the relationship. 

Financial & Business Intelligence Analyst
Reporting to the Controller, the Financial and Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for modeling key business intelligence data, analyzing the monthly financial package, generating financial and operational analytics, preparing the Form 990, other modeling and analysis.

Compliance & Process Accountant
Reporting to the Controller, the Compliance and Process Accountant is responsible for reviewing/documenting/testing internal control procedures, documenting and flowcharting financial and operational processes, generating billing invoices, monitoring accounts receivable, ensuring collections on account, recording revenue and cash activity, and various account analyses.

Digital Communications Manager
The primary responsibility of the Manager of Online Marketing & Communications is to ensure the Zoo’s website, web presence, and use of social media tools effectively engage and inform the Zoo’s audience and supports the organization’s programs, services, and mission. 

Director, Human Resources
Reporting to the President and Chief Executive Officer, the Director of Human Resources will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, providing strong strategic and tactical leadership throughout the organization. 

Guest Relations Supervisor – Admission
Reporting to the Assistant Guest Relations Manager, this position supports vital functions of the Admissions Department, including but not limited to, service recovery, turnstile operations and access control, attractions ticketing, stroller operations and for providing high quality customer service that enhances the guest’s visit, and supports the Philadelphia Zoo’s mission. 

Manager of Conservation Education Programs
Responsible for managing development and deployment of Outreach, Overnights, Camps and KZU animal training demonstrations.

Summer Camp Program Educator
The Summer Camp Program Educator has primary responsibility for deployment of all vital functions of summer camp. 

Coordinator of Audience Research
