Key to the Zoo: Premium Insider Tours
Explore the Zoo like never before
For the first time ever, we are inviting you to join us while we are closed to the public for semi-private tours! These tours will include several locations throughout the Zoo, including behind-the-scenes areas. Throughout your tour, you will be the only guests in the Zoo, and will be personally guided by experienced Conservation Education staff the entire time. Every tour will be built around the happenings of the Zoo that day and the experience of the specific staff involved, which means each tour will be completely unique. This exclusive opportunity will be offered on an extremely limited basis in January 2025. Schedule your one-of-a-kind experience below!
Conservation In Action
In our most exclusive offering, you will spend the morning with a member of our Conservation Education team visiting several of the Zoo’s most critically endangered animals and learning about the crucial conservation work that we support. Each tour will be unique, but will include at least one behind-the-scenes experience where you will get up close and personal with our animals and get to learn about their individual personalities from the keepers who care for them. Your experience ends with lunch in the historic Solitude, where you will be joined by a member of our Animal Care Team to talk about their experiences saving wildlife around the world.
Available: Saturday 1/11, Sunday 1/12, Saturday 1/18, and Sunday 1/26 from 9:00am until 1:30pm (includes lunch)
