Group Tickets

A day at the Zoo can create memories that last a lifetime! Our unique 42-acre outdoor living classroom combines learning, fun, and the chance to get a little wild. Group tickets are available during our standard operating hours. School, Summer Camp, and Scout Groups qualify for a 1:10 complimentary chaperone ratio. The General Group rate applies for all groups between April 12th and 27th. Tour Operators should complete this interest form for the most up-to-date information about our rates, food costs, parking, and activities.

School Groups (K-12): $15 per student ($12 from Nov. – Feb.), available Monday – Friday between Sept. 8th and June 13th
Summer Camps: $18 per camper, available Monday – Friday between June 14th and Sept. 7th.
Scout Groups: $20 per scout ($15 from Nov. – Feb.), available Daily. Includes a Commemorative Zoo Patch.
General Groups: $20 per guest ($15 from Nov. – Feb.), available Daily. If paying via credit card, tickets are available online.

Premium Insider Tours

Key to the Zoo: Premium Insider History — Philadelphia Zoo is home to an impressive past and an even brighter future! On this tour, you’ll learn about some of the important ways we are using innovative strategies and techniques to help save wildlife, all while being immersed in the historic grounds and structures of America’s First Zoo. Please note that each tour will be unique. All tours will include at least one animal hour tour, one Animal Ambassador meet-and-greet, and a tour inside the Solitude. Ages 5+, not handicap accessible. Waivers must be completed onsite to participate.

Community Groups

Neighbors of the Zoo either by way of residency, school enrollment, or groups leading mission-aligned projects in our nearby neighborhood are welcomed and encouraged to consider the Zoo as an extension of their home and classroom through our Community Access Program.
